With 25 years of experience in project management, Sarah has led countless successful projects, change initiatives, and business transformations for organizations of all sizes. She has guided multiple teams through strategic decision-making events and process improvement initiatives, seeing firsthand how strong leadership in moments of change is critical to organizational success.

In times of change, everyone has the opportunity—and responsibility—to lead, and the success of your business depends on it. Additionally, Sarah understands that leadership isn’t about a title—it’s about influence. She is passionate about helping leaders at all levels step lean into their inherent ability to influence to confidently deliver their best work, and to create meaningful impact for their teams.

As an iPEC-certified coach with an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Nova Southeastern University, Sarah is a fractional COO that specializes in project management, process improvement and automation, and business coaching. She helps small business owners navigate complex decisions, streamline operations, and build sustainable momentum for growth.

When she’s not helping business leaders and owners do amazing things, Sarah can be found cheering on her kids at their activities—or even coaching on the sidelines. On weekends, she enjoys riding shotgun and touring the countryside in a '72 Chevelle.
